About Sovara
A place to return to yourself.
Sovara exists for the woman who has spent years being who life required her to be — and who is ready to discover who she actually is.
How Sovara Began
I didn't create Sovara because I had myself figured out. I created it because I kept learning how to return to myself — and I wanted to offer other women a place to do the same.
For a long time, I could understand everyone else before acknowledging my own hurt. I could solve the problem, show up, and keep moving. What I did not always know was how to stay connected to myself while I did it.
I know what it is like to be capable, responsible, and deeply aware of other people while struggling to know what I needed in my own real life. To be the strong one, the independent one, the helper — and to quietly wonder why that never felt like enough.
My life has taught me that knowing yourself is not a finish line. We lose contact with ourselves, we notice, and we return. Sovara is the space I built for that returning.
Our Mission
Self-knowledge without self-judgment.
Sovara is a self-discovery and personal growth space for women who are ready to know themselves beneath the person they have learned to be. We believe that understanding yourself — your feelings, your needs, your values, your patterns — is not a luxury. It is the foundation of a life that feels like yours.
Compassion over correction
We do not ask you to fix yourself. We ask you to understand yourself — with the same care you would offer someone you love.
Curiosity over judgment
Every feeling, pattern, and protective response developed for a reason. We approach them with curiosity, not criticism.
Depth over performance
Sovara is not about becoming a better version of yourself for others. It is about knowing yourself more honestly for you.
Gentleness over urgency
You do not have to understand everything at once. You only need a place to begin — and permission to go at your own pace.
Meet Stacey
The woman behind Sovara
I am Stacey — the founder of Sovara and the woman who has spent years learning how to hear herself beneath the noise of everything she was supposed to be.
I have lived the experience Sovara is built for. I know what it is like to be the capable one, the responsible one, the woman who keeps things moving — while quietly losing touch with what I actually felt, needed, or wanted.
I have studied human design, somatic awareness, attachment, and the psychology of self-protection — not to become an expert, but because I needed to understand myself. And I kept finding that the tools that helped me most were the ones that treated me as someone worth knowing, not someone who needed to be fixed.
Sovara is the space I wish I had found earlier. A place where you can slow down, listen inward, and begin to know yourself with honesty and care.
You do not need to become someone new. You can begin by making room for the woman who is already here.
"You are allowed to know what you feel before explaining it away. You are allowed to need support without proving you deserve it. You are allowed to want something that does not make sense to everyone else."
How We Work
The Sovara approach
Everything at Sovara is built around one idea: that you already hold what you need to know yourself. Our role is to offer you a space, a structure, and a gentle invitation to listen.
01
Notice what is present
Make room for the feeling, need, body signal, question, or inner conflict you might usually move past.
02
Understand it with curiosity
Listen for what it is showing you about what matters, what shaped you, or what you most need now.
03
Choose with yourself included
Let what you discover inform how you act, speak, receive support, set boundaries, and move through your life.
You do not have to understand everything at once.
You only need a place to begin.
